As an Investment Advisor at Arclink, you'll be a key player in shaping the financial strategy of our real estate development projects. No formal degree is required; we value practical experience, passion for the industry, and a results-driven mindset.

Key Responsibilities:

• Financial Analysis:
• Dive into detailed financial analysis of potential real estate investment opportunities.
• Assess project feasibility, risks, and returns to provide well-informed recommendations.
• Market Research:
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and regulatory changes.
• Identify emerging opportunities and potential challenges within the real estate market.
• Investment Planning:
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop robust investment plans.
• Contribute to the formulation of financial models for effective decision-making.
• Client Interaction:
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and investors.
• Effectively communicate investment strategies and opportunities to stakeholders.
• Compliance and Due Diligence:
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
• Conduct thorough due diligence on potential investment opportunities.
• Reporting:
• Prepare and present detailed investment reports to senior management.
• Monitor and report on the performance of existing investments.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Investment Advisor or in a similar financial role within the real estate sector.

• Excellent understanding of market trends and investment strategies.
